Northern Lights Studio tells tales of exotic travel and culture infused with a refined sensibility through a variety of media: documentaries, text, photos, music, and art. From rituals to royalty, we pursue far-flung destinations producing a film about the tiny Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan, photos of Japanese robots and Portuguese architecture, and articles on an African sound safari and a Tasmanian arts festival. We keep our eyes and ears open to the unexpected, while firmly believing the journey is about more than the destination.
